Simon is Head of the Banbury Family Department. His main area of expertise is acting for clients where children have come to this country without the permission of the other parent. It is very interesting as such hearings take place in the High Court in London. They are swift and very challenging especially having to understand the need for different culture values. Simon is a Resolution Accredited Specialist, a Law Society Children Panel Lawyer, a Resolution trained Mediator, a Collaborative Lawyer and also a Child Abduction Ministry of Justice Panel Lawyer.Simon is married with two children and lives in Rugby. He is a trustee of his daughter’s school PTA and in his spare time likes to run and play golf.
